The lower level consists of a fully equipped kitchen and sitting/dining area with a double sofa bed (orthopaedic) and leads onto a private terrace.
Glass enclosed, original external stairs take you to the top level, with a landing that leads onto a double bedroom (with either twin beds or a double) and a separate bathroom with shower.
