Olives
We have recently finished our sixth vintage of olive oil with the entire family contributing to different degrees in the picking process. After all the hard work is was a relief to take all the olives down to our local mill in Pierantonio for weighing and to join the queue of people waiting to have their olives pressed.
We had a fantastic crop this year due to favourable weather conditions and more experienced management of our olive grove . We are very proud of our extra-virgin organic olive oil which has a wonderful dark green colour and has a lovely peppery bite. We look forward to giving our guests a taste of real Umbrian oil and making suggestions on how to make use to it to enhance their cooking.
